How the Program Works:

   Choose your plan and complete a brief intake after checkout.
2. Connect with Care
   A Cove Care coordinator will guide your next steps and schedule your consultation.
3. Provider Evaluation
   A licensed provider will review your information and determine the most appropriate treatment plan.
4. Ongoing Support
   Your provider will work with you to adjust your plan as needed based on your results and response to treatment.

Your Treatment Plan

All patients begin with an introductory dose, typically starting at 2.5 mg, unless otherwise determined by your provider.

From there, your provider will create a personalized plan that may include:

• Maintaining your current dose
• Gradually increasing your dosage
• Adjusting based on your progress and tolerance

Most patients see results by following the plan recommended by their provider.

Medication Options

Your provider will determine the most appropriate medication for you, which may include:

• Compounded GLP-1 medications
• Brand-name medications (if appropriate)

Please note:

• Brand-name medications are priced separately and may vary based on availability
• Compounded medications are offered at a consistent monthly rate

Pricing

Compounded medication plans are billed monthly.

Your monthly cost includes:

• Provider evaluation
• Prescription management
• Ongoing care coordination

Medication is shipped directly to your home after:

1. Your consultation is completed
2. Your prescription is approved and sent to the pharmacy
